Final measurements should follow completed tile, stone, curbs, benches, and thresholds. Custom glass is fabricated to the actual opening, including small variations in walls, angles, and level that plans cannot fully predict.
Plan the door swing and clearances
A door needs room to operate without striking a vanity, toilet, towel bar, or entry door. The best configuration considers how you enter the shower, where water falls, and where the handle will be comfortable to use.
Coordinate glass and hardware
Clear and low-iron glass create different visual results, especially around light tile. Hinges, clamps, channels, handles, and finish selections should work with the plumbing fixtures and the architecture of the room.
